Brief in Chief Filed, Petition Denied
Today, Attorney John McCall filed the Brief in Chief in the Wayne Bent case with the New Mexico Court of Appeals.

On Monday, October 26th, the New Mexico Supreme Court denied Wayne Bent’s petition for an appeal bond.
Wayne Bent continues on this religious fast. He is currently housed in the hospital section of the Central New Mexico Correctional Facility.
