Today attorney John McCall filed the “reply brief” in the Wayne Bent case, now pending before the New Mexico Court of Appeals. This marks the end of the briefing process in this appeal. The Court will now undertake a detailed review of how the case was handled by the trial court and issue a ruling on the issues raised.
