The Irony

Dearest little family,

Greetings once more. I am here at my desk thinking of you again. God has been very close to me, and I know that He is my Friend. Last night on my bed, He told me that His purposes are nearing an end. I love His comforting arm and His gentle heart. His ways are perfect, and I am grateful for everything He has done for us.

God showed me some of the irony in our life now. I am always much blessed by His wisdom. Today I saw a news report on my neighbor’s television of an airline bombing attempt by an Algerian man. I then listened to the security plans for passengers so that it would not happen again. I was suddenly struck by the sense that the people on the outside of prison are being managed, just like those inside of prison. Except that those inside of prison get free food, free medical, free dental and free housing. Also, those inside of prison are safer than those outside. We all have bodyguards. Whenever I go anywhere within the prison, I have a bodyguard with me to protect me from “bad” people.

I was then suddenly struck with the flip side of my sentencing by Judge Baca. I saw Judge Baca sternly accusing me of the crime the court made up about me, saying, “You are hereby sentenced to ten years in prison so that we cannot hurt you anymore.” Yes, Father has a natural humor when He shows me these things. I have to laugh at it sometimes. I picture Judge Baca saying, “We, the State of New Mexico, will sentence you to free board and room for ten years.” The state will now pay $35,000 per year to take care of me because they made up that I committed a crime. That includes the free dental appointment that I had last week.

I then entered a discussion here with one of the inmates about what I was seeing about the natural world, and how it was acting like the world of prison. After the airline incident, it seemed that they were in lockup, just as we were. My friend said, “Yes, they are afraid of each other out there. In here, we take care of each other; but out there they don’t, for they are too selfish.” I then thought back to when I came to my unit — it was the inmates who gave me a lamp for my desk, a coat, and some long underwear so that I could be warm.

I then began to think about why they came for me to put me in prison. It was because they thought I was like them. They were afraid of me, after they saw The National Geographic movie of me. They thought I was like they would be. They thought I controlled people, like they do. They convicted me for a crime that there was no evidence for, and no witnesses for, because they saw the movie, and I must have been guilty of something. Truth and law take a back seat when one is afraid. They are even willing to pay $35,000 a year because they are afraid of someone who is harmless. They do not know that I am not like them.

It was reported to me that the National Geographic people asked Healed if she felt safe in our land. She reported that yes, she felt safe. But I think the outside world believes she lied, because they do not feel safe. And for good reason — they live in a “prison planet.” And it is their own professed protectors who are the most dangerous part of their world. What a sad world.

The National Geographic people feigned interest in our little family, so we invited them out to see our little loving family. We shared all of our beliefs with them, but they used us as the “Reality TV” people do in the UK. They take many hours of video in a trusting atmosphere, but when they take the video home, they cut out everything except a few shots they can use to slander the participants. They play the movie over and over, making millions in profits, while the family they put in their movie is continually slandered.

Then, because of the movie, I get convicted for a crime that never happened, and the tax payers then pay $35,000 a year for the hoax that they fell for. The media really knows how to play the public. Should not National Geographic pay the bill? Perhaps not. The taxpayers deserve to pay, since they are the ones who said I sexually touched underage girls. All National Geographic did was to make me look scary and ridiculous.

But God’s children can see through the forest of deceptions. As you know, we get contacted regularly now by those who want to join with us in our safe and loving church. One state police officer once told us, “I wish there were more communities in New Mexico like yours.” Yes, God’s people can see; they are not taken in by the ruse. They can see their own heart in us. Even in the movie, they know right away that God is with you, for they see Him in your faces. If we saw them, we would see God in their faces also. You dwell in an unwalled city, with no police or prisons, because you are not afraid.

One inmate said to me today, “You will leave here a better man than when you came. You will have learned some things about people that you did not know before.” Yes, he was right about that. I have learned that whatever I have said about the natural world should have a couple of zeros added to it. The world is darker, far darker than I thought it was. I thought its problem was that it lacked education; actually it lacks soul. The outside world is far more dangerous than I thought, but the biggest danger is not the robber or murderer, but those who govern. The government itself is far more dangerous than I had thought, and the inmates in prison are far less dangerous than I thought. I have come to feel that the only difference between those inside of prison and those on the outside is a fence.

Before I was accused of sexually touching minors, I actually trusted the State of New Mexico. I trusted its legal system, and believed in it. Now I know I was wrong. God has opened my eyes to the root of man; it is very evil, even in the highest levels of government. Yes, Judge Baca made me safe from his world — the bad people are kept out so that they cannot hurt me. I told that to an inmate here as we watched a fence patrol. I said, “Look, those guys are keeping the bad people out so that they cannot come here and hurt us.” I think he rolled his eyes, but that is my story.

Dear little family, just think of it — I am also protected from the churchgoers. You may remember how a churchgoer — I think she was a Baptist — forced her way into my house uninvited and accused me for a crime a friend of hers made up about me. I have to confess that I don’t think that she was running on all eight, but she was not institutionalized, so the world considers her normal. I do think that she is “normal” as far as the world is concerned; she’s like a lot of the people in the world.

Jesus was not protected from churchgoers as I have been, and they killed him. The churchgoers can be downright dangerous, for the churchgoers put me in prison for a crime of their own imagination. But the good side is that I am now protected from people like her. None of my fellow inmates in my unit ever attack me like she did. They don’t attack each other like that either. But speaking of the churchgoers and taxpayers, I think it is fair for them to pay for something that they did, don’t you?

When they came for me because of Mr. Gallegos’ false charge against me, the taxpayers had to pay for about 15 police cars, a helicopter and whatever else. Taxpayers may have spent $250,000 to finally put me in prison for a crime the DA made up. But isn’t it fair that they pay for their falsehoods? I think so. But it would be much less expensive for the taxpayer to just send me home, and then send me a check for $10,000 each year. They would save a lot of money. They know that I am not dangerous; but I have proven that they are very dangerous.

I have a suspicion, though, that before this is over, the taxpayers and churchgoers will wish that they had never heard of the one they falsely accused. When the taxpayers and churchgoers killed Jesus, that only led to the complete destruction of their city, and the enslavement of the survivors. It is a naughty thing to say bad things about people that are not true. Our Father in heaven does not like lying. Remember Father said, “All liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8. That is right, precious companions; as we know — you lie, you die.

But little companions in the faith of Jesus, we have discovered that the natural world wears lying like a badge of honor. They have told us themselves that lying for a good cause is okay. Of course they say putting me in prison was a good cause, so their lie was justified. But they should remember that they put me in prison for a while, but there is a hot little lake waiting for them just around the bend. The good side for them, though, is that all their friends will be in the fire with them. As they say, “Misery loves company.”

Well, little family, and most beloved, you can no doubt tell that my heart is light today, because Father visited me very closely last night. I am rejoicing. When that happens, it becomes very hard for me to take the natural world very seriously. It is like they have built their world on a giant bubble, and soon it is going to pop. They may remember then what I said, but it will be too late to help.

But I am thankful that even in prison, we can spend quality time with each other. Some of you have reported that I spend more time with you now than when I was in the land. Yes, I think that is true. All I have to do now is be with you. There is nothing else I want. The state now does all my bookkeeping and pays all my bills. At least that is true as long as they continue the lie about me. If they start telling the truth and return me to my home, then I guess I will have to pay my own way, and be more involved in daily necessities.

But much love to you, gentle friends,
Your Michael
